This appears to be an issue in Chrome 24, and we have not been able to identify a workaround on the Kaseya side.  As Paul points out, the issue is resolved in Chrome 25. (I'm currently running Chrome 25 via the beta program, and it works fine.  25 seems a lot faster as well.)
