Our old Kaseya admin's account has access to all other users' Private reports 'Info Center - Reports'. My account is a Master but I do not have this access. I can't find the difference between his account and mine. Anyone know where this setting is?
The goal I'm going for is to be able to add myself as a recipient of a certain report by going to: 'Info Center - Reporting - Schedule' and clicking 'Recipients' at the top. But currently no reports are listed here. I'm assuming I need to resolve the above before I can do this step.
