All I have opened ticket CS149072 with Kaseya Support and I am waiting on a response, but I wanted to check if anyone had seen or had an explanation for this.
I am running Kaseya 6.2, I updated KES to version 6.3 about an hour ago. Any time I try to run an install or upgrade, the Install or Upgrade button is greyed out and I have this error in the box: "AVG installers have not completed download. Upgrades cannot continue!"
Has anyone seen this?
