You can create a script to run post-install that changes the following DWORD values in the registry.  You would need to reboot or maybe restart the Security Center service to see these changes happen.

Windows XP:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\
Set AntiVirusDisableNotify to a value of 1

Windows Vista/7: (haven't confirmed this one will work; just scanned my registry briefly to see where it was)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\Svc
Set AntiVirusOverride to a value of 1

This still doesn't solve the problem, it's just a workaround.  Like previous posters have said, Kaseya, this NEEDS to be fixed properly.
