Hi dijikul,
Prior to the Labels feature we provided an "Audit Server Roles" agent procedure that detected a number of common roles that servers performed based on running services, etc. This technique, which many customers used, involved creating a Custom System Information field called NOC_Role and then running the agent procedure which detected the roles and populated the NOC_Role field with a string of roles that the machine was performing. You could then create Views that used the Advanced Agent Data filter to isolate certain roles using wildcards like *Exchange* to filter for Exchange Servers. This agent procedure was provided in what we called the ITSDK and can still be found at community.kaseya.com/.../53077.aspx. The batch file included with the ITSDK called idsrvroles_v4.cmd can easily be modified to detect the TSGateway service and the agent procedure would then populate the NOC_Role custom field accordingly.

Matt
