@Ray Barber - Building a new 6.2 test Kaseya server would not accurately replicate my production environment and the issues that I might run into when I upgraded to 6.3 which is the reason I restore my production VSA and database servers to a virtualized lab on a separate private network. As these test servers are duplicates of the production environment my license count also doubled and locked me out of the VSA.
If there is another why to fix the license issue other then to use a SQL script to purge the agents then I will be more than happy to give it a try but building a clean 6.2 build is not an good option.
