I wrote a bunch of procedures to do the following (My IP so if you want them PM me).
1. Go to the servers and gather the backup info.
2. Generate an Excel report with Completed, failed, or missing. or each server.
I got it working for BackupAssist, Backup Exec, ShadowProtect, Windows Backup and an in-house backup program I developed. We used this as an alternative to reports of windows events i had to sift through and I found it to be more accurate than the reports because there were always events missing in the K reports.
