My instance of Kaseya does this as well. I can not repeat the scenario on a consistant basis. Mine does it if I click the done button or the X on the quick view window.
Mine also behaves like yours where sometimes it refreshes the page, sometimes it brings me to the login page and sometimes i have to reenter my credentials.
