It sounds like this might be a "GPT install of Windows" which can't be booted using the legacy BIOS mode. But KID 1.1 only boots in legacy mode. So you are caught between the two. We are looking at adding UEFI support to KID but this is not available yet and there is no timeframe for it.
I see you have opened a ticket for this. That will be the best way to resolve this.
