Backup report 6.3

Hello folks!

First off let me explain that I'm an intern working at a small company, I'm not very experienced yet (Read: Basically no experience at all) but was nevertheless tasked with figuring out how to get backup reports working in kaseya 6.3.

I've been trying to read up on the process of making custom report templates in the Virtual System Administrator (And googling a lot of course) however a lot of it is beyond me so I was hoping you guys could help me out! Here's what I've done so far:

I go to Info Center -> Reports and add a new report in my private cabinet, there I drag report parts -> KOB -> vvdb_KDBLOG in a square on the right. There I've tried a pie chart, a table and a bar chart. When editting either of those I've tried a whole bunch of combinations under the Data properties. In the case of the table I've tried adding all kinds of columns. During the filtering step I keep everything on default.

However no matter what I try I keep ending up with the following error message:

"There was an error generating your report. Please refer to item 778653649277357 for additional diagnostic information. There was an error during the render phase of the report generation. There was an error generating the document backup test There was an error generating the document backup test Client found response content type of '', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with an empty response.

Click here to download diagnostic information."

This error even pops up when I pick a random report part and let it loose on a single machine, leaving all the standard settings the way they are. There is however already a working scheduled report (A system overview report) so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong!

Hope you guys can help out.
