The database v2013.04.15.12 has an error which causes the protection module to quarantine windows processes and files. This is the fix to get the files back from quarantine.
Please download this tool from the following link:

- Extract the folder
- Right-click "RunThis.bat" and Run as administrator.
- If you cannot access normal mode, run this in safe mode.
- If you cannot access safe mode then please run a recovery to make the Windows machine bootable.
