How did it go? Seriously - this is a bunch of annoying BS. I've never seen so many damn problems with an upgrade.
LiveConnect is unreliable as hell. After struggling with every single machine that we run chrome on and liveconnect, we finally have all but one able to bring up a remote desktop. However, liveconnect continually starts failing. Suddenly, you cannot connect to any machines and have to close Chrome down completely and reopen it to establish any further live connect sessions. You can't use the "send ctrl-alt-del" function in a live connect desktop access session properly. As soon as you click ctrl-alt-del to login, the computer disclaimer that you have to click OK comes up for a brief second and then disappears back to the "Press ctrl-alt-del to login" screen again. You have to quickly hit ENTER on the computer disclaimer after pressing the ctrl-alt-del button to login. While in a desktop session the screen decides to stop refreshing and gets all garbled. AGAIN I have to close down all of Chrome and restart all my sessions. My alerting is completely down because NONE of the scripts that are tied to the alerting for automated remediation are working. None of the application protection is working. The agents, when they upgraded added themselves back into the start menu and add/remove programs list on all of the end points.
I'm 100% positive without a doubt these aren't the only problems I am going to experience. Get real, this upgrade is anything but smooth.
