After the last round of hot fixes on our 6.3 server our admins are getting booted back to the Kaseya login screen very frequently. They are actively using the system and suddenly... blown out to a login screen. As an example a user is typing notes into a ticket and it just blows them out.
I have ticket CS159225 open with support, has been open for 2 days now. The response thus far is "we are aware of the issue and are actively working on it". No details...
Anybody else having this same issue and get something more useful from support on it? I have some very frustrated admins.
