Is there an easier method than the above suggestion? We monitor by event logs but AppAssure logs a rediculous amount of errors and 99% of them are not significant of a failed backup. Even the errors that are significant of a failed backup, all use the same event code (4096) which can get mixed with the useless ones. I could ignore the errors and filter by description but there's just millions of different kinds of errors that all use the same code. I'm wondering if anyone has successfuly created an event log set that filters out all the bullcrap errors?
