I may be a bit out of line commenting on this since we're still on 6.2, going to 6.3 in the next 30-45 days, and running KAV 1.3 and KAM 1.1.710.13507. I reviewed the link you included and it referenced KAV for Windows Servers. We don't deploy KAM to servers as I don't believe it is compatible. We only deploy KAV servers. That said, we deploy both KAV and KAM to desktops regularly and I can't think of any instance where deploying KAM before KAV, or KAV before KAM, has impacted our ability to deploy both solutions. It's very common that we deploy KAM before KAV as it doesn't require a reboot. Again, my two cents. Take it for what it's worth.
