Our development team has released a Hotfix for this matter. This Hotfix has corrected the problem in most cases.
Please go to: System > Configure > "Get Latest Hotfix", and ensure your server is up to date.
However in the event that the matter is still occurring on your server we ask that you please let us know.
If you already have a ticket for this matter, please just respond in that same ticket and we will assist you directly.
If you do not have a current support ticket open, please open one with "System0423" included in the subject line. It will then be expedited to the appropriate team.
Please provide us with specific details on the occurrences you are seeing after the Hotfix.
Which user(s) had the problem and at what specific time? What exactly is occurring? (Ex: In what module? What has the user(s) doing?)
