I am interested in being able to run Lua scripts on my agents and was wondering the best way to approach this. Right now, none of our agents have KAM (and we use KES instead of KAV). We will be adding it to all our workstations relatively soon, but we will not be installing it on servers.
I was planning to install Lua for Windows with an agent procedure but I'm not sure if this is the best option. When I installed Lua for Windows on my home computer (with all defaults) it caused a conflict with a video game I was playing at the time. My coworker mentioned that we may be able to take the Lua installation code out of the KAM installation, which sounds tedious.
Any thoughts on how I should get Lua installed on these machines?
