A big thing i have been trying to put together but i am far from a sql/php guy.
That would be tickets....there is something there for alarms but not for tickets
The other issue i am facing is when i get these tsql queries correct and everything works then how do i translate the agentGuid to an agent name?
Below is the tables for policy.compliance. The agentGuid is the machine, but it needs to say the machine name on the NOC and not the Guid.
