I opened ticket CS119399 back when KES 2.3 was in beta. It was promptly closed with a "we know, awaiting a response from AVG" response. Interestingly, the next day, the release notes mentioned the failure to support security centre.
Jeff, why are you so surprised to read this - as I said *kaseya* already knew about it for a long time - it's in the release notes at help.kaseya.com/.../index.htm under the 'known issues' heading.
Anyhow, my client code is CNCRTK - I have 70 or so KES 2.3 / AVG2011 installs, ALL of which don't support security centre. Knock yourself out 'investigating' if you wish, but really you just need to say to AVG *FIX THIS* rather than 'investigating' this known issue over and over.
BTW: that bug report was lodged in AUGUST 2012. Just exactly how long does it take for AVG to give you an answer???
I think it's time to quit stalling and give us some answers.
