Re: Moving a ticket from one desk to another

Thanks guys.. Yes, I am using SD 1.4 and Kaseya V6.3

I have been playing with the createTicket() function and a "custom field" - the Problem Created (Yes, No) field. I successfully got a ticket created in my Problem desk. The issue now is that (I suppose since I used the Ticket Change Procedure) it creates a new ticket everytime the original ticket (in the incident desk) is changed....
