We have a NAS drive (W2003 OS) from a client with their Acronis 10 pc image chains on it. Yesterday they asked if we could retrieve a users Outlook OST file. Booted up the NAS and located the image and the TIB. Double click and wants the password. Supply correct password and it just refreshes asking for it like its not valid.
When we try to mount image from the Kaseya GUI, we get back Error: Unable to read archive information. We know these credentials are correct.
