I am aware of using the built-in HW PCI report to see video adapters, but half of them appear with gibberish names like "Product ID = 1330" or Vendor is "Vendor ID -= 5140".
Does anyone know how to identify these devices? We count on Kaseya to tell us exactly what we have available in stock but we're stumped when it comes to video cards.
I have 14 "Product ID = 21331" from "Vendor ID = 5140". Other products can identify this as a certain adapter - what am I doing wrong in Kaseya?
