The procedure 'Incident is Changed' failed to execute for ticket XXXXX

I´m using for test purposes the servicedesk files posted by Ashleigh_Marks here http://community.kaseya.com/regions/aunz/m/service_desk/72418.aspx.

When I change the resolution is giving me the following message:

Error processing sbo_treePresNoteProcedures_List procedure Incident is Changed

Any Ideias?
