I am also testing KRC. While speaking with a support rep he mentioned there is a way around the active x issue. He said that he downloaded an active x add-in for chrome and now he doesnt have to download/run the file each time. I tried it and it didnt work for me but he couldnt remember the exact settings he put in to make it work. Still playing with it but that would be a good thing to get working.
