Craig - If you use the GUI on the endpoint to turnoff UAC, you won't have to reboot. If you use an agent procedure to flip UAC off/on you will have to reboot in between each toggle. There are times that AVG will not require a reboot for instance on some upgrades. Worst case for reboots is spelled out in the Notes.
