Can you address the WSC issue a little bit more? Is it a KES or an AVG issue (as in, will there be a fix or is it time to jump ship to KAV? If a fix, when can we expect it? If no fix, does Kaseya recommend a specific workaround?)
Right now that's keeping us from upgrading and rolling this out to hundreds of endpoints. We can't afford to let our clients see the "find an antivirus product" message - and it's bad form to disable the WSC functionality in order to silence the message. AVG9 has not been doing its job and this is a high profile issue right now.
Would really appreciate any clarity you can offer... I've been monitoring the forums for a definitive answer but can't seem to bring light to the matter.
