Jeff - any update on BUDR Upgrade/updates from Kaseya? I certainly hope there are options for us who have purchased licenses and are forced to continue paying for a maintenance for a product that is not updated.
I also disagree with LLoyd stating it is probably Acronis that has caused this relationship to go sour. Kaseya has gone through several vendors such as Appasure I have a feeling pretty soon AVG that has forced Kaseya to look at other manufacturers. Unfortunately I have no trust in Kaseya and therefore have decide to NEVER purchase a module introduced by Kaseya again because it is a very shaky investment when it comes to Kaseya.
Core product works really well therefore I am certainly happy with my investment in Kaseya but I wish I had never purchased any other modules from Kaseya. I purchased those modules for same reason as others in this thread, ability to manage from a central location. I have already moved AV completely out of Kaseya, I have started replacing Backup, KDB as well. Never again will I consider purchasing a module introduced by Kaseya.
