After reading all the info that Kaseya put out...we upgraded our server. It went smoothly with one exception in that the KMDM licenses did not merge with the overall VSA licenses and caused us our server to be down as we were over our agent limit. However, after calling support, this was quickly taken care of. One of our smoothest upgrades yet. Kudos to Kaseya for improving the upgrade experience.
