See the Ticket as Conversation

Hi! I would like to have all the info in the Ticket so the customer can see what the Ticket is about without having to check earlier mails. I have tryied to put in variabel "description" ,to no avail. Could you guys hint me in the right direction?

I would also like to create Color in the ticketanswers,  Like a header or something like that. Is that possible?
