I agree with you on #1. I could really use this feature.
I'm also annoyed that certain interface quirks still haven't been addressed. Granted it is very minor, but why does the Audit - Machine Summary tab have checkboxes next to the agents in a situation where they should be radio buttons? I reported this a few years ago and was told that I should submit a "Feature Request".
I was hoping they would move to a more consistent interface. Every module seems to have been written by a different developer. I like the addition of the last logged on user to the Agent Procedure scheduler. But this really should include the ability for me to put fields of my choosing there. I'd prefer the "Contact" field vs. the logged on user field. Sometimes logged on user isn't the most accurate hint of which machine you are looking at.
