RE: KAV disable notifications
We've disabled as many of the notifications as are possible to disable. Thankfully Kaspersky has given us more control in Kaspersky 10, that will be available with Security Center.

Wayne,Its a similar root cause. a process to delete the current keys and apply updated keys will prevent the license expiration pop up.
