Pushing the update is not working for our clients.  We are having to go the uninstall - reboot - reinstall route.  Does anyone have a ticket open with Kaseya that is actively being worked?

Navigate to Directory Services > Domains.  Select a domain.  Under Probe Deployment, select the agent that you are using as the probe.  Use the Activate button to enter credentials.
