just an update, after 7 days of having clients with no backups, we still have not heard back from anyone at Kaseya support. The support for the KSBR is none existing, and I am now thinking over my moving forward with the KSBR module. The sales rep excalated the call but still no call back. I have delt with shadow protect support and an issue like this would have been resolved that day. I am not sure how Kaseya can say they provide world class product and support when the paid licenses for clients are now saying expired and all support people are either on holidays or hiding. VERY VERY BAD
