@Gordon - You are not referencing something from KLC (Kaseya Live Connect), but rather a message from an interactive page in the Remote Control tab (which uses different remote control facilities than KLC does). Several of the Remote Control tab webpages are heavily Windows & Active-X dependent, with the latter obviously only working with Internet Explorer. Though if on a Win-browsing admin machine, when you are presented with the option to download a "no-ActiveXxxxxxxx.exe"-named package, you can run it on the Windows admin machine outside of the browser to establish the desired remote control connectivity to the agent machine. To access & use KLC in Chrome for Windows (after you have already applied the Chrome v23 patch files noted earlier in this thread), see this help webpage:
