Hi Sander,

Sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with Backup Exec (BE) Plug-in. 

If you were able to see the BE agent procedures in your test server, probably you might have installed BE plug-in v1.1 *originally* on Kaseya 6.2 and then upgraded Kaseya to 6.3. In this case, it had been observed that BE's agent procedures appear properly after upgrading to Kaseya 6.3. But only the agent procedures will not appear if you had installed BE plug-in v1.1 *directly* on Kaseya 6.3.

If you had run the BE plug-in v1.1 setup *directly* on Kaseya 6.3, that scenario is not supported yet. You may want to check out the post by Roger (rblomqvist) atcommunity.kaseya.com/.../82996.aspx

Could you let me know some more details on  your scenario if that was different than what I had specified above?
