Again another KSBR install. Again another problem with the license, and so far 4 days with not support. I did get one but the support person said to make sure all the hotfixes for Acronis was done. I have updated the ticket over and over and no reply. I cant believe that this is always happening. I have done 4 installs and all 4 have run into licensing issues. I should start placing a ticket 4 days before the install so this way I get support one or two days later. Very frustrated with the support and problems with the module
