Billing for storage space

I charge a base fee plus .50/GB for storage space for KDB.

Currently, I generate reports in the VSA and use those to manually create invoices.

Does anybody else out there use KDB?

How do you bill for it?

Do you have a per GB charge?

Do you use the Service Billing module?

I have procedures in place but it's a real pain-in-the-ass every month, generating reports, using spreadsheets to do the math, double-checking everything.

I'd like to know what others are doing. I will then open tickets and work with Kaseya to get the service billing module up to speed.
