Just an update, it looks like Kaseya has set all the storagecraft licences to trial and all have expired. Kaseya is not sure why or even the fix. We all still down. Its only been 9 days with no backups, but they are sorry for my inconvinence. There is no update on why or the fix and no temporary solution like enabling a 15 day eval. I would have hated to have more servers on the Kaseya Version of StorageCraft since this is the second time this has happened to us after this product went GA.
