Dear All,
need help on Kaseya agent unable to check in to the portal.
Check thru the log, it prompt error
"Agent GUID is not available when trying to resolve extension parameters."
After check thru the article, none of it work with my situation. Urgently need help, there is more than 3/4 computer is appear offline and those new installed agent can't even checked in to the portal.
** have already renew the license which shouldn't be the problem on it.
