Hello Everyone,In our environment we like to have end users just double-clicking the agent to go straight to the Classic Ticketing screen as default.
Since we could not find a clear way to do that (we don't know of any URL that can bring you straight there) we used to remove access to end points to the "Live Connect Home Page, Procedures and everything else besides Ticketing and Chat).
This worked well until 9.3. The new Live Connect seems to ignore entirely the access rights setup for the machines.
Anyone else managed to have KLC follow the Security Settings?
