FYI - As I have already been working w/ Jack D. on this and others as we are trying to finalize this ARD-disabling fix in KLC (the new VNC viewer hotfix updates do not address the ARD disabled issue), I will also update this forum thread once the final fix is hotfixed out. Feel free to follow this thread and optionally make a ticket referencing this forum post as well.
@xreeee - Do try the VNC viewer update mentioned by my colleague Chad for overall usage/productivity. If you have specific ARD auto-disabling issues though, make sure to let me know your ticket # on this (should yours not be with me already) - thx.
