This may sound really minor to everyone else. But, maybe it's not.
Many times, I have wanted to simply open up a chat session with someone. But I often feel somewhat hesitant because what we have as "chat" seems, well rather clunky.
It works, of course, but does the "chat window" really have to take up the whole screen? Is there any way to have it pop up in the lower right corner? What about adding a little branding to it? They're not in the same class of applications like Kaseya, but GotoAssist, LogMeIn and ZenDesk is what I am using as a comparison.
