There are people on support, if you have raised a ticket and then called into support with your Kserver down you'll get a call back pretty quickly.
If you are still having a problem and haven't had a response you can email me ray.barber@kaseya.com with your ticket number and phone number and I'll get it sorted.
As Mark Hodges suggests you want to go to the console and try staring the Kaseya Service manually. Many times I've seen this caused by OS patches being installed, so see if windows update is pending a reboot, or if you are using Kaseya check the logs.
If you can find some errors in the windows event log or Kserver log on your server check this forum for the error messages you find there, I doubt your issue is unique so the forum nearly always has an answer.
