I've browsed through the forums but I'm unable to find a solution to this. Our agent time is showing as UTC and we desperately need this to reflect agent time. It's affecting all the alerts and this won't work as no one has time to remember or calculate which of 5-6 possible time zones the event is occurring in
Example from a recent ticket:
Agent Alarm Time: 00:04:20 14-Jun-13 UTC
Event Time: 00:04:20 14-Jun-13 UTC
