Hi,
We are looking to archive our old tickets.
We archived a couple as a test, and found that we could not open and view the client or notes of the ticket when it is archived.
While we are aware that we can read the details once we restore the ticket, I find this a bit dosconcerting. Has anyone been using the ticket archiving feature for an extended period of time, and have you had any problems with this?
