It will depend if the Saas server you are on has been upgraded to 6.3 yet, some but not all have, you can find out which here: community.kaseya.com/.../80292.aspx
If the Saas server you are on (you can tell by the URL while you are logged in) has been upgraded and you still have an issue, please raise a ticket and someone will help you get it sorted.
