@Lloyd, that makes sense. What I was referring to wasn't a pop up error like you have there. What I've seen is after the reboot you go to the KServer login page and it says something along the lines of "Server is updating, logins disabled until update complete". As you mentioned the processes are doing the same thing, which is updating hotfixes and running a reapply schema to load all the new files. I haven't seen the error you posted but from the URL it looks like it send a command line prompt to run the reapply schema but the system never received it. Glad it was just a minor annoyance and hope the rest of your 6.3 usage is "bug free" :)
