I'm desperate at this point.
I have two supports that are open and have been since 2/26. Both have had absolutely nothing done. A CC to my account manager has gone unanswered, and I considered opening a new ticket today for another issue and figured 'why bother?'
I guess that's a pretty bad sign.
Does anyone think it remotely possible that the thousands of dollars I pay a year can get some support or should I stop paying and simply start looking at other products?
