@mikeltm - We have a fix for this on file (All the Kaseya-related MSMQ directories need full control for Everyone). Would you call support at 1-877-926-0001 to get a ticket filed with this ASAP (or if you have a ticket # already, let us know the ticket #) so we can resolve this for you? This is a Severity 1 issue and as per our SLA, and this is to be resolved with utmost priority as such.
