@mikeltm make sure you get a ticket raised straight away.
I see that it's redirecting you to 'localhost' rather than the address of your server which does make me think that it's an IIS config issue, permissions related. You could always run kinstall again to see if it picks up any new config issues, but make sure you get that ticket raised.
